Lexis Preparatory School is a partner school of American Education Group which, since 2007, has grown from a single school in Oakland, New Jersey, to a network of more than 17 schools across the United States – in Georgia, Florida, Massachusetts, California, and Arizona. We have built a network of nonsectarian, high-performing private college-prep schools focused on customized education. 

We believe that the traditional school model does not work for all children. Some students have unique issues or abilities that require a different style of learning, and these children need schools, like Lexis Preparatory School, that offer a highly personalized, tailored approach to education.

Lexis Preparatory School caters to students in grades K-8 who are better suited to individualized teaching methods that match their learning styles and needs. Students might have a learning disability, ADHD, a mild anxiety disorder, inconsistent motivation, or other challenges that can impede success in the classroom.

We are seeking positive, confident, entrepreneurial, and energetic self-starters to work with our students! We need teachers and staff who are leaders in their subject area, who can connect with students on an individual basis, and who can help each student reach his or her fullest potential. Our staff members are committed to respectful partnerships with students, parents, and the rest of the Lexis Prep team.
